Blend Pot Wiring

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm having a problem with the blend pot on my latest build. The pot does pan from pickup to pickup (on each end of the track, I get only the signal from one pickup), but at the center of the track, I get nothing. I figured the pickups were out of phase so I switched ground/hot wires on one, but that didn't fix the problem. I had an extra blend pot so I also tried replacing the pot - same problem.
Here's how it's currently wired:

That's per the aguilar wiring instructions, but with the hot and ground reversed on one of the pickups.
Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks

Try swapping the hot and ground wiring of the blend pot. Leave the center lugs unchanged.
