Talking body and wood suppliers

can any body help me i am looking to start building my own bass. where can i get wood for the body and maybe be a neck in the uk. and does anybody have a link to help me with the things i need to know before i get started, any design/wood ideas will be very welcome.

I will second JP's suggestion of Gallery Hardwoods. Larry is a great guy. If he doesn't have what you need he will find someone who does.

I would agree with JP about Gallery hardwoods, but an alternative in the UK it a company called Craft Supplies. They might be useful to you and you will be able to visit to choose the pieces youwant.
