Bridge slightly misaligned

I'm making a string thru jazz, but I accidentally drilled a little too early, and the bridge is slighty off. Is there a way to fill the holes and re drill? The E saddle area is 1/16 of an inch too far the the left. So it's kind of angeled like "\"

drill a slightly bigger hole and plug it with a hardwood dowel.
