this isnt so much a question about what i can do about it, its a question about how nordstrand is about taking back a deffective picup, in this case it was. i hadnt opened the box until yesterday to discover a broken winding. i sent an email to carey explaining this, but i thought i would ask yuou guys so i woulnt be in for a suprise.
