If you are willing to invest that much money in parts, go get yourself warmoth stuff.

They have great material.

Don't waste any $$$ upgrading a bass that is worth 300$.

Please do not take this as an assault.

To the veteran members here on L.C.

Hardware: Tuners, bridge - Replace or keep? That is for you to decide. Please search the threads for information about the popular bridges and our opinions.

PUP - Replace or Keep? Please search the pups forum for information about the popular pups and our opinions.

Neck - replace or keep Again, that is for you to decide.

Electronics: pots, jacks - replace or keep? Again, that is for you to decide. Please search the basses forum for opinions about Squire electronics.

Pick guard: replace or keep...again, that is for you to decide.

Knobs: replace or keep...again, that is for you to decide.

Body: replace or keep?...again, that is for you to decide.

While no offense is intended, sadly you may perceive plenty.

There are too many of these threads and they have little to less to to with luthiery.

We are here to help with construction and design. I may speak only for myself when I say that your shopping choices for a Squire concern me little.
