Building Replacement Grill / Cabinet Cover

Hi all,

I am playing out of an ampeg bse115 and an ashdown mag210. I find the cabs are very incongurent looking, and not very visually appealing when sitting on each other (but i love the sound).

Could someone give me some steps/tips on how to replace the metal grills with a tolex cover?
