The other day I was thinking of making the possibilities of building for charities.

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? Or better yet any advice on what to do or avoid?

Thanks,

Loren

Just so it doesn't become an issue later, be aware that you wouldn't be able to do a specific actual charity deal here on TB. Charities have been 86'ed across the board because of past abuse by one or two people. However that doesn't mean you couldn't talk about charity building "in general".
