Custom Routing Templates

Does anyone know where I can get a routing template made? I'm wanting to put Chi-Sonic pickups in a bass but can't find a place with a routing template. I contacted Hanson and they said they didn't have a template. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Hi.

Any water cutting or laser cutting facility should be able to do that.

They usually want a .dfx file accompanied with the drawing that has the dimensions.
Or at least they used to...

I've been able to have him make custom templates a couple of times, and the results were always good.

I hate to say it, but you might just need to trace the pickup outline on a piece of mdf, and hack out the outline: drill, oscillating sander, rasp, sand, etc. At least then you'll only have to do it once...
