finished my bass

its a p bass.
fretless with lines, poly finish
the body is very thin. extremly light.
8 bolt on.
barts.
it has 2 outputs. high/low treble cut
yellow body. black pickguard (same as from basist from the band thursday)

almost a year in the making.

it has a really full tone. personally i think its way to punchy. and way to bassy.

i play my yamaha thru a guyatone bottom blaster and an ampworks modeling effects.

playing this bass thru the same effects seems pointless. doesn't seem to do much.

lil bit of neck dive. but thx to you guys the straps are located aside from their traditional spots. its nice.

Note on neckdive: reduce size of headstock bling

Is that really an arched body? That's cool!

LOL.
well it doesn't really weight that much. and it is a fender neck.

How does one go about getting that arch in the body? Just a lot of carving out and checking every few seconds I suppose?

I have to say that that bass is awsome! I have always loved the look of the arched bodies. How did you do that? I love the colors too. Where did you put the strap locks?

just sand away. and sand some more.

one is at the pointing part. lol
and the other is a few inches away from the centre. its not in the picture.
