First body builds.

I don't have any experience doing full necks, so to fulfill my desire to build I'm doing bodies.
Here's a shot of my first three.

Nice job... can you post some close-up shots? how is the neck dive on those?

The green one has a bit of dive. Not much more than my thunderbird.
The Thumb copy is dive free, as is the zebrawood/ash body.
I'll post some better pics tonight after I get home, as I'm at work at the moment.

sadly my camera died after taking these two, so I don't have a close up of the thumb copy.

Thanks.
I traced the exact outline of my real thumb and used a spare neck I had lying around.
Body is a two piece black walnut.
The pickups are from a warwick streamer std and it's got a bad ass II bridge.
I had the bartolini x4's in it originaly, but after I scored the mec's I pulled the barts.
Sadly, while I was rerouting the pickup routes, the stop collar on my router bit decided to loose it's set screw and jump into the body a bit. So I ended up routing a large than needed route and filled in the extra space with left over wood from the body.
Oh yeah. the control plate and the plate under the knobs are purple heart.
