first project

hi everyone, i've been restoring some old basses with a fellow luthier for some time, and i got interested in building one with his help (since is my first personal project). im interested in producing a replica of a rickenbacker 4000 bass; can someone help me with dimensions and some tips for it.

there are some amazing build threads on this subject....one was built just a few months ago...you can probably find it with the search bar...I think he had some dimensions listed in there.
