Hey - I'm famous! (Well...in a way...)

Hey there,
Thanks to an interested party, I discovered that part of my posting from this old thread:

Zachery strings -- Any opions?

...has made it onto the "Z" Guitars website in two different places!

As far as I'm concerned, having a luthier of this caliber even remotely aware of my existence makes me a better human being.

Anyone looking for a funny way to kill 20 minutes should read this guy's site. It's even more fun than the old Ed Roman rants.

If you want to find my quote, it's listed in the "Idiots" section. Hurray for me!

It's nice to know I'm finally 'somebody'.

Cheers,
Martin

He does seem to be a bit of a loon but he definitely seems passionate about his work and stands behind it, and people do seem to rate the instruments highly on Harmony Central.

I'm on that guy's page, too.

My email's just a little bit down the page, starting with "Hey there". Mildly profane language. I haven't ever used a Line 6 and don't care about them one way or another, but I thought it was strange that he broke his own rule.

I don't know I did just spend an hour looking at his site--partly because it is straight out of GeoCities and he has a penchant for rambling--but I'm contemplating getting a ZOG 6-string set.

The basses could be the best in the world, but that is entirely irrelevant to me as I don't see myself jumping through hoops to give this guy money. Plus already he appears to have plenty of... um... non-idiots.
