As far as the bridge goes, I use a flat fingerboard on almost all my builds and have had no problems using hipshot A style bridges with the pre-curved base profile ...you just raise the outer saddles a bit more to compensate.

Good luck!

i am going though the same issue. i wanted my singlecut to have no radius, but the schaller bridge i ordered, has the top of the base plate radiused, so i am considering making the fingerboard radius match, to simplify set-ups

so,Iwould guess i should measure the middle saddel height when adjusted down and set the neck pocket depth so i have the same height above body to the top of fretboard?
