Hipshot Rulez!

Well I just have to spout off as to what a cool company they are. I dropped by to pickup my lowly $321 order and got treated like a huge company.

I got the full tour and it was amazing, Rick guys you need to check out the new Rick bridge, wow heavy metal, years ago I had a 76 Rick and replaced the original bridge with a badass2 and I had thought that was an upgrade, but their new one is a quantum leap.

Also saw a bunch of Ghost Piezo Bridges, it appears that they are using them and they look great.

Jason took me on the tour and he couldn't have been a better host and tour guide, very knowledgeable and a very nice guy.

I met Dave and had a nice discussion and tried to convince them they need to get into the headless single tuner market. He said they have been thinking about it.

If I were to tell you all the brand name makers that Hipshot makes, you would be astonished, I wouldn't have believed it unless I saw it with my own eyes. It was like a parade of the bass maker greats as I went by each of the stations.

To end this up I'm a small builder, yet I felt like I was as big as any of the famous guys. They treated me great and I can't recommend them more highly, the owner of the company took time out of his very busy day to chat. I will continue to suggest to all my clients to use Hipshot.

And in a last note I told them I'm still waiting for a 6 string trem, it may be a possibility in the future.

If anyone wants more in-depth descriptions I'd be happy to expand with more details.

Dirk

most definitely, hipshot is the ABSOLUTE BEST, hands down. Nothing is better than having good business practice and quality products. Heard them by word of mouth, and I recommends them to all my friends.

Add my name to the love fest for Hipshot. They've treated me right since day 1, they have never raised my blood pressure so much as 1mm which is very unusual in this business.

Yes they are in a tiny town called Interlaken, NY. Between Geneva and Ithaca. If you didn't know what and where you were looking for you would drive right by it.

If I created any delays it would be max and hour or so SOM. LOL

It was a blast to see all the parts in egg cartons to protect them and keep them separate. I wish I could say I saw your order, so many names I recognized though. If you get anywhere near there drop in and visit, they really did make me feel welcome.

I guess I am a little surprised nobody asked what famous brands are actually made at Hipshot, but hey maybe it's just me that I found it very interesting.

I didn't just want to start listing who's bridges I saw being made there, but I guess they never said I can't tell anyone, never signed a non-disclosure or anything.

But they were so nice, I just didn't want to step on anyones toes. Now that I think about it, I'm sure it doesn't matter at all to Hipshot, but the builders might be the ones to not want that info spread.

anyone and everyone with good taste, uses hipshot

DONE

now let's call it a day

I love this appreciation thread, I think hipshot should sponsor a thread on here someplace, so they could know how much we love them. Although, they do have their own forums now.

but, $$$, I still want to save my pennies so I can get everything I want, all in one shot...

heheh, no pun intended.

The only thing that I really want from hipshot though, is different styles of T-Shirts and baseball caps.

HUGE kudos to Hipshot. I've got at least one Hipshot product on all my basses. I've got nothing but great things to say about every product of theirs that I have ever used.

And without a doubt the worst email following.
Good luck getting answers other than on the phone.
Great products though.
