| Well it sounds like you identified it already (sorry, couldn't help myself). What specs are you needing? What do you mean by rebuilding the guitar? As far as redoing the neck, any competant local luthier can do a fret/nut job on it just by seeing the guitar. If the electronics are shot, I'd suggest just buying new, or atleast resoldering all the wires. As far as getting it setup (action, relief, intonation, etc) those specs aren't guitar specific, more player specific.
