If you're at all near Traverse City, I'd highly recommend Dan Kelchak. He lives near Interlochen, in Grawn (49637). Sorry I don't have a phone number or website. Excellent luthier, heckuva nice guy, and a good musician.
If you can't find any other info, call the main number at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. They might have it, since Dan does some part-time continuing education classes for them.
