I'm quitting bass building.

Dear friends,
First of all, allow me to extend my most sincere gratitudes for all your encouraging support, priceless constructive criticism and the many many laughs.

I have been thinking about this for a long time and I have decided to do what is in my heart, something that makes me truly happy. It's a very difficult decision, but I feel this is what I must do to be true to myself and my loved ones. I have decided to quit building basses to pursue a part time career as a chippendales dancer.

I'm sure some of you will be shocked at this decision, but I feel truly alive when I am on the stage dancing almost buck naked in front of countless of drunken middle aged women with no name and no life. The tips are nice too, given my impeccable physique.

Anyways, this is good bye for me! I will complete building the basses I have in progress for customers, everything else will be sold at a hefty discount (tools, wood, mid-hump license plate, etc).

I bid you farewell and the best wishes from the bottom of my heart! Look out for my summer tour on your friendly neighborhood male stripper bar.

Good day, sir. I SAID GOOD DAY!

You've overdone it, it's pretty obvious

btw, that might be insulting to all the male strippers out there.

Are there any chippendale forums that you'll be posting on regularly once you're done with your current orders Wilser?

I'm sure we could all use some tips, as many builders have the chippendale route as a fallback if their buidling business doesn't do it for them anymore...

CRAP!! It is Aprils fools, isn't it.
I thought my plan had actually worked!!

With premeditation, I have been relentlessly pestering Wilser with endless details about our next build.
I was hoping to kill his joy of building, so that he might quit.
That way, MY Ramirez basses would become rare collectables, and I would make a killing on the 'bay!!

Curse your foul tease, Mr. Ramirez!!!
