I forgot to start a thread at the beginning of the build, but I do have a blog on my website:

http://www.jcbasses.com/quilted8.html

Pretty much all of the information about it can be found in that blog. Any comments or suggestions?

as a kung fu master walks slowly across the bass, but SURPRISE!! ITS A SUMO, and snaps the neck into that cold water. A sad day for an amazing looking bass

I'd dub the bass "Tranquility".

Pure Awesomeness.

I really love the fretboard of the Buckeye Burl 5, if this plays anything like that, I've got nothing.
