Hi everyone, I've been playing bass for a while now but haven't gotten any further than just playing! I've decided to have a go at refinishing and defretting an old bass, but as I've never tried anything like this before I figured getting some practice first would be good.
So here's where you come in (hopefully). If anyone here has any old necks, bodies, anything I can practice on, I want them! I don't mind if they're broken since it's just for practice. I'm in the UK though so no way to pick up parts from the US unfortunately. Obviously if the parts are in nice condition I'm willing to pay a bit for them!
I know this is a big ask, so I'll understand if there isn't any offers, but I thought I'd try here before I bought some old parts on ebay!
