Mexi Jazz, same pup sizes?

I heard that the pups on the mexi jazz were the same size (neck size.) Can anyone verify this? Thanks, Bob

True in the late-80's and probably still true with recent instruments.
I fact, today I routed my '89 MIM body to put in a Hwy1 bridge pickup. About 1/16" inch on each end.

OK, I got all the dimensions and conversions and the bottom line is that the neck pu is 1/8 0r 0.125 of an inch. So, the big question is, Can you put a neck pu in the bridge position? Can you get a nordy shell to fit on either? Thanks, Bob
