MIA Jazz Deluxe V and Leo Quan Badass V

Question....does anyone know if a Leo Quan Badass V will drop into (without mods) an MIA Fender Jazz Deluxe V? I know the stock Fender bridge has 4 screw attachment holes and the Badass V has 6. Will the interior 4 of the Badass V line up with the 4 on the Fender?
