Mounting Bridge And Pickup On Neck-Thru

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi all,

Just a quick question before i send off my order for the woods for my bass neck.

I am wanting to mount the bridge and pickup fully on the neck thru wood laminates, as i am planning to do some ergonomic changes to the wing layout, where there will be no spare room to mount the edges of the pickup on.

So therefore, seeing im using a new Seymour Duncan smb-4a basslines pickup, would anyone be willing to share with me the dimensions of a normal Musicman bass guitar pickup? (seeing as the smb4a is a direct replacement for it)

Thankyou very muchf or all the help!

Go here http://bartolini.net/productinfo.htm and click on the "Pickup Drawings with Dimensions" link. These are bartolini, not SD, but it'll give you something to work with.
