secret! no its just clear decal paper tht i print on with regular ink, then i spray 3M Spray adhesive tht is safe for photos, wait like 5 min for the glue to dry or it will smear, lay the decal on right the first time, then clear coat still the decal edges disapper, I didnt clear yet,

Or did you mean the necks, those were a pain in the pooper,

They look just like old school Greco logos, etc., as they look like Fender logos from far away, but pretty different up close.

not so sure what's custom about the necks besides the decals. they look like you put a homemade decal on a prefinished MightyMite or Fender MIM neck. if you crafted these necks yourself from rough materials, take this as a compliment.

if you use Testors waterslide decal paper designed for InkJet printers AND you also seal it with their spray fixing product according to the directions supplied with the spray can, you will not get bleeding when the decal is soaked and applied per the directions. you can find both of these products at most hobby shops that also carry supplies for RC aircraft

all the best,

R

heyt thanks for the compliment, I did do these myself BUT ONLY the neck not the fretboards, I ordered fretboards from warmoth, I would have failed at frets, also I will have to look into that testors thing

So these are custom necks you've built? So it's safe to assume they are recently built? If the two bottom are the relics why does the top one show signs of fret wear?

I use Lazertran on my Epson R2400 laser printer but they also sell waterslide decal paper for inkjet printers.

How did you get the white background in the Gruda part since printers don't usually have a white cartridge. (just curious here, not flaming)
