My P Bass resurrection

I bought this squire p bass back in 05 to put a kahler bridge on on it.After I sold the bridge it sat around and became a real beater.Now I`ve decided to fix her while I gather parts for my next build.
Punk bass and busted.

I think I might just paint it black and just clean it up.I might add a humbucker and white pickgaurd.Any ideas Im open as long as its cheapish.

Single MM pup, or a soapbar. Maybe a double jazz. anything thats not boring old P and/or J.

The final bass will be flat black until i dish the money to get it painted
black tort pickgaurd

black straps buttons
ken armstrong humbucker
replacing the neck plate with Ferrules
cut the headstock to a tele style(still needs to be shaped)
black string tree and tuners

Looking beautiful. I like the contour on the horns a lot. It's definitely the little things.
