there are lots of little changes that will make this production run blow away the pre-prod basses that are floating around EBay (which should NEVER have seen the market place).

mahogony body should sweeten up the tone quite a bit too!!!

i'm putting some finishing touches on the database this weekend. anxious to see finished product.

nice thing about this program is that i can change the wood texture maps really easily.

Did you make those??

In case you did.. That flame maple seems to reflect the light in a very realistic way.. is it just a raw bitmap or an edited material??

i modeled and textured them, yes.

the flamed maple is a slightly modified bitmap. in 3D Studio MAX you can edit the RGB output, helps with colors that aren't quite right when applied in the material editor.
