| Cleve has a great tutorial in the How To Sticky. No guarantee that he uses Fender's method, but it should suit your needs. Leo was all about efficiency when in production and there is <1% chance that polyester was used due to the short pot life and intensive cleaning. Nitro was used because the auto industry was using it as a fast finish.
