I'm looking for a way of putting non permanent fretmarkers on my epoxied fretless neck.

Any suggestions?

pencil. it works, you can see it up close, but not from far off, plus it'll disappear all by itself when it wears off.

Not really, I want to put the Indian 22 note scale on my fretless, and there's no way I'm gonna reapply this every couple of days for every 4 strings.
