NOOB/Uninformed Question...

Hey All-

Considering get a Q-Tuner for the neck PU in my Warwick Dolphin...I've already replaced all the electronics with Bartolini's and Have an HR 4.6 as the Harness/controls. The Q-Tuners are passive and I've been told that its an issue of the 4.6 being able or not able to deal with High Z or Medium Z Electronic (Passive to Active)...

Can this set up work? Thanks in advance for your advice/comments...

I am a believer that any system will "work" depending on what you are trying to achieve. To me (and I have 4 basses w/Q tuners experience) Q tuners are more flavorful with out a preamp. IMHO preamps tend to muddy up the mix. But yes it can take some time to work with what you have at the table to make it work for you.
I have watched movies that people said were the greatest but I did not agree. You got to try your ideas and enjoy the journey. IMHO. Thanks
