Wow, that's super interesting. I imagine that the high Z setting with the pickups in series mode would have some serious aggression to it? Seems that you have a super versatile instrument on your hands

Absolutely amazing!!! Such attention to detail and visually stunning wood combinations makes it seem like you have done it dozens of times before! Congratulations of the higest order .

Hey, It's been a while but many things came on my way so I had little to no time to post the promised clips. Plus I already started my new build .
I had a day to put together a theme, which I hope can bring an idea of the capabilities. I was also trying to put together a video but it'll have to wait.
All the strings are done with the Narwhal, recorded directly through a Korg Pandora. The slap line was done with just the neck pup and some compression from the Pandora. The fingered bass line used mid position panning and no effect. The rest string lines used Pandora's stock guitar effects, with default settings.

I hope to be able to have a more skilled player demoing the bass in the future....

Cheers

Very cool! Sounds great Gonzalo! It's a cool track and especially the first part makes the bass stand out really well. Sounds amazing. I think a bass-only sound clip would be cool too, but so far I'm convinced already .

Cool to hear you started another build. Will you start a build thread for that one?
