Awesome stuff... I notice on ur builds that you put ur clamps directly on the wood.. "wooden" that cause more work?

Yes, I normally clamp directly to the wood. But if you have a look, the ziricote have scratches from the drum sander, yet. So, when I'll sand the ziricore, I'll take off clamp marks, too, if any.

Anyways, you'r right. It is less work to clamp not directly to the wood. Sometimes I had to sand extra time
I was using a body template to put it between the top and the clamps, but finally I like to have more control and see how the top is gluing, from center to the sides.

That is looking good! Im hoping to have 10 minutes or so to be able to stop down before practice Monday and see what your working on...

Using chisels, files, rotate sander and a leveler sander I make the transitions smooth:
