First I draw the shape in a paper, then on the ziricote top.
I cut the ziricite top and I glued it on the headstock.  |

What I can tell you is that this is the best 5 string bass I have ever owned. Oscar poured his heart and soul into this bass and it is stellar. Complete tonal clarity through all parts of this bass.
