Questin for Nino about headstock shaping.

Before I begin, I like your HS design, but I have a question about how you achieve it. I understand you get all of your necks from Warmoth (or other supplies) pre-finished. How do you shape the headstock. Do they shape it for you before finishing, or do you touch up the finish after you shape the design?

I am thinking about a Warmoth neck for a project, but I want my won HS design. Thanks for the info.

P.S. I was just going to PM this to you, but I thought others might find it interesting, and to others, feel free to chime in with ideas.

Thanks!

I sent Warmoth a tracing and they cut each one by hand for $65.00 per neck.

USA Custom Guitars programed it into their CNC machine for a one time $120.00 fee per neck style. (J, P, 5 string)
