Slowly but surely word of the Redeemer brand of basses is getting out to the public. This bass will be for Svein B. who resides in Norway! Nice woods with gold frets and hardware should make this one classy bass!

Sc1 singlecut
HEADLESS
35" scale
set neck
fretted
5 string BEADG

Five laminate neck of curly maple, walnut, jatoba
Pau Ferro fingerboard
abalone side markers
single truss heel adjustment
24 frets (gold)


Five laminate body
Curly maple top
Honduras mahogany core
Quilted maple bottom
Wenge accent veneers between

Closed pore poly finish

Redeemer Neodymium pickups, bucker bridge, single neck
Audere Z-mode preamp

Matching cavity and pickup covers

ETS headless hardware GOLD

Gold knobs and straplocks

Here is the shape.


Here is the big leaf curly Maple top.


Here is the bottom stock, this is a chunk of quilted big leaf Maple ready to be bookmatched. I should be able to get 2 sets from this.

in the mock up photo what is wood on the back side?

The renderings were done by Beavs graphics, but I believe that is Buckeye burl.

dear god. amazing. LOVE the shape. can't wait to see it in the making! i just don't get why some people use insanely awsome bookmatches on the the back, especially when they don't match the top, and look better than the top.

A top like that buckeye in the rendering would cost a small fortune, you can bet that If I had one it would be on the front of the bass.

Don't hold your breath on that one. I ordered a custom 6 string fanned bridge from him. The quote was 8 weeks, I'm now in week 15

It's allright, it'll get here eventually. I was prepared since the few threads last year about people bitching of the long order time. Luckily, I gave my customer a good build time quote taking this into account.

I've got the top glued up and the fingerboard is ready. The top is currently being glued to the wenge and mahogany core.


This outline is from a six string template and is just for reference this bass will be a little bit more narrow in the waist than whats shown.



Fingerboard, 35" scale Pau Ferro. It really is this light in color in person!
