I recently bought a neck for my Squier jazz. It is also a Squier neck, but says Fender Jazz bass, and got Squier series in small letters. I put it on my Squier to make it more "Fender" looking..lol
question..
I want to remove the "Squier Series" off. How do I do this?? I was told acetone (nail polish removier) and I tried (using a qtip and a min. amt) and it didn't work. I'd like to do the same for my other Squier neck and take "affinity" off.

Why would you want to remove it? I hope your not planning on selling it afterwards...

I would use an ice pick. Be careful not to go too deep.
