Could anyone here give me some advice on how to remove small scratches (more like wear marks) from a Poly finish? |

would I be able to find micromesh at a homedepot or other store, or is this only ordered online? |

Micromesh comes in a big kit (about $45) and a small kit (about $15) ...you want the small. If you can't find it elsewhere locally, stewmac carries both.

Have any of you used these. They look like Emery boards with three grits: 2400, 4000, and 12000. Is that too limited to take out scratches? They also have a set of small 2x2" pads with 7 different grades. I think I might just go with the pad set.
Thanks for all the help so far you guys rock! |

NOTE for anyone who finds this in a search:
I tried Scratch-X, although it did improve the scratches a bit, it was not all that effectual. Micro-mesh seems to be the best solution. :/ | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
