Restring affect Feitin intonation?

Considering an MTD Kingston 5 and restringing with a high C and drop D tuning. So I'd have D/A/D/G/C

I know the MTD's have a slightly compensated zero fret that adjusts intonation and wondering if shifting the string gauges will adversely affect the Buzz Feitin correction.
