It seems like I was taking one step forward and five steps back every time I ventured down there, so I took a little break.
Getting back to things, here's where I am on the prototype basses.
I hope to have them finished and ready to ship in the next two weeks or so.  |

Actually, that one had the dye mixed into clear lacquer, but my current ones use Houndog's method.

Belly-cut and heel access contour.
Nice and smooth...ready for paint.
Bullet-truss one-piece guitar neck and tilt-back bass neck...just a little bit different.
Volute on the bass neck and skunk stripe on the guitar.  |

Also, four-string bass bridge plate prototype in stainless steel with top-mount and string-through options.
