Thinkin about modding my Mark Hoppas

Ok so I've never modded a bass but would like to modd my Mark Hoppas. I'd like add a Basslines SMB-4DS for the bridge pickup. Id like to get some more tone from this bass but I'm not sure how to. Any help on doing this would be appreciated.

Are you skilled with a router? If not, take it to a tech, it's a simple rout job and a basic wiring job.
