| Warkwick Nasty Neck Twist, Heated up, Wenge Shrunk?

I have a Warwick Streamer 2 that had a serious twist in the neck. I worked with a Luthier friend of mine and he has the heater with the aluminum blocks, clamps, etc to use this method to straighten a neck.
We hooked it up and heated up to about 325 degrees, and as you could hear it start to move we turned it off and flipped it over to cool down.
Good News - Neck is Straight
Question - The Wenge Fretboard appears to have contracted a fractional amount, so the frets are a bit sharp at the edge, and the is a small "lip" where the fretboard contracted on either side of the neck to create a small edge.
Any reco on what to do next other than file the edges of the frets and sand the end of either side of the fret board to remove the Ledge/Lip that was created?
Anything that should be done to condition the wood after heating?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You!
