Talking Whale-back bass

Yeah, so my next bass is gonna be a whale back.
Neck through
4 string
Purple heart/wenge/maple neck
wenge fretboard
emg pickups
string through as well.

But the only trouble is, i cant seem to figure out how the top horn (the whale back) should meet the neck
any suggestions

When I do mine, I just glue the neck to the body all the way...

Thanks... it's taken a few prototypes to refine it, but I really like it too. Which is odd, because I was never a big fan of singlecut basses. But they're sort-of growing on me. Kinda like a fungus.
