Why the price difference?

I was thinking about building my next instrument, and was looking at stainless steel fretwire when I came across Warmoth's price and Lmi's price and was wondering why there's such a difference in the price? Is it quality? Also, any input as to a good stainless steel fretwire that I haven't found yet would be appreciated.

because the $25 Warmoth wire is installed - it's an upcharge/upgrade to the basic wire included in the neck price

all the best,
