Rob,

If my memory serves me, this book is excerpted. It can get you caught not knowing the context of the music. I would suggest ordering all of the zimmerman "complete bass parts" books from Lemur Music www.lemurmusic.com

If you are serious about getting a job, this is one of the required purchases. You will certainly have to buy them in undergrad.

You could probably get away with the Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart/Haydn, and Strauss books for now.

Okay Thanks

Yea right now with my private teacher I am working on Beethoven 9,5. Like you said I'll just have to get the Zimmerman Audition books.
Thanks,
Rob
