Hey guys. I'm going to try out for the Philharmonic in my city in the fall, but I'm only 16. Will they take me seriously??

I suspect it depends on the city and the particular orchestra.

My teacher played with the New York Phil when he was in college. You probably have to be at least 18 for a full time position.
