Up Coming auditions

Here is what I have heard thus far for auditions

Asst. Principal Milwakee Symphony
Section Bass St. Louis
Principal Ottawa Canada
Asst. Principal Vancover
Section Bass The Met
Principal of Louisville Orchestra
Principal of Charleston Symphony

Speaking of up coming auditions, does anyone have any new info about the Met Audition? A list maybe...?

met audition

The met audition is supposed to be in febuary or march. However, they recieved over 250 resumes' for the audition so there will deffinitly be a nasty tape round before. The list is the same as last time, its prety close to last years Chicago Lyric list except it has Hansel and Grettle by Humperdink

man, that's a far cry from "late fall/early winter". Did you give them a call to find this out?

Met audition

I found out the approx. date from my friend that goes to Manhattan and studies with Tim Cobb
