Vancouver Symphony Orchestra (6/16)

Two vacancies (Associate/Assistant Principal Bass) have been posted on their website, now open to international applicants as well. Not on the union website yet, but imagine that will be up on May 1st. Repertoire is also up.

This job would combine two dreams, to move back to the NW, and to work as a pro orchestra player. Kinda bummer it only pays $52,000. Vancouver is a very expensive city. Like trying to live in Seattle on that salary. Still, I would take it in a heartbeat!

Oh is that all they're asking for?

>_> Best of luck to anyone auditioning! I've seen the Vancouver Symphony perform, and they're certainly a great orchestra to play for.
