Delete old OT threads?

It strikes me that nobody is ever going to run a search that will turn up old OT threads, so why not delete those that aren't current? As I understand, this would free up a fair amount of space.

Great idea Adam. We're only using 15% of available space currently, but pruning out old OT threads will help keep searches effecient. I'll keep it in mind -

I already do this. Watch JTs post count, sometimes it goes down!

I actually have done searches for old threads... but not so often. What bugs me more is that when someone resurrects old threads for no reason. Couldn't we just lock old OT threads?
