Forum for gig announcements?

Perhaps my eyes are deceiving me, but I can't seem to find a proper place to put gig announcements. It would be nice to see where local TBers are plying their craft and to provide support where we can. Could we set up a sub-forum, or perhaps expand the scope of the Social Events & GTG forum to include gig announcements and discussion of said shows?

I'd love to see a gig forum as well. It'd be great to be able to post up gigs, especially important ones. I can see it might get a little convoluted with all of the gigging bassists here, but if split up into regions, it might be manageable.

I'd be glad to moderate such a forum (or just part of one, if necessary).
