Many websites have a text version running by the side of for example a flash version of the site. I thought this might work for TB also, but not a text version in the straight meaning of it, but a simplified version of the site.
There's something like the fading colors in the headline bars that aren't necessary, and something else that i can't think of with a short notice like this...But there could be a simpler version as an option..
I'm not sure, this could free some bandwith at the same time from the server. Of course, the downside is that the finer version might become less used, and the site would gain a name for an ugly site..
But the idea might work in some form, don't know how hard this would be to accomplish. Also i don't know if this idea has come up before and got rejected.
