Thread subscription without e-mail notification

It would be nice to be able to subscribe to threads with out getting dozens of junk e-mail messages. I would rather just come here and check in "My Talkbass" to see if there were new posts.

That's easy. Make sure you don't have Email Notification on. You can get to it under your Edit Options in "My Talkbass". Or you can just click it off.

But then the thread won't show up in my "Subscribed Threads" list. I want to be able to keep an eye on certain threads with the "Subscribed Threads" list but NOT get any e-mails.
