| Refreshing problem

sometimes when i know i just posted something and am brought back to the forum...i have to hit refresh in order to see what has happened since my post...and to see that my post went through...usually it refreshes automatically...i don't kno if this is a problem with the computer im on sumthing at TB
anyone else experiancing problems?
